Kate Signature Cleaning operates as a bespoke residential service, designed around consistency, discretion, and trust.
The following policies are in place to ensure clarity and a smooth experience for all clients.

Availability & Client Selection

To maintain the quality of our work, we accept a limited number of ongoing homes.

Each enquiry is reviewed individually to ensure we’re the right fit for your home and expectations. Availability is not guaranteed and is confirmed following consultation.

Bookings & Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your booking, particularly for:

  • First-time clients

  • Deep or extended services

  • One-off or changeover cleans

Deposits allow us to allocate the appropriate time and preparation for your home and are deducted from your final balance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a fee, as late changes impact availability for other clients. This policy helps us maintain a reliable and consistent service.

Minimum Appointment Time

To ensure work is carried out thoroughly and never rushed, we operate a minimum booking time of 2.5 hours per visit.

This allows us to maintain our standards and provide the level of care our clients expect.

Access to Your Home

Many clients choose to provide keys or access arrangements so cleaning can take place while they’re out.

All access details are treated with discretion and respect. Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and agreed access on the day of service.

Products & Preferences

We use professional-grade, high-quality cleaning products selected for effectiveness and surface care.

If you have specific preferences, sensitivities, or wish for us to use particular products, this can be discussed during consultation.

Insurance

Kate Signature Cleaning is fully insured for your peace of mind.

Payments

Payment terms will be confirmed during consultation.
Invoices are expected to be settled promptly following service unless otherwise agreed.

We pride ourselves on professionalism, discretion, and mutual respect.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if expectations, conduct, or working conditions are not aligned with our values or standards.
